Many of the services provided by Utrecht University require a Solis-VPN connection (due to licensing) or Wi-Fi (‘Utrecht University’) to operate properly when you are not connected to an Ethernet cable at the office. This Solis-VPN connection can be established using the AnyConnect application. If this application is not pre-installed on your device, you can download AnyConnect. Login using your Solis-ID, select AnyConnect from the menu on the left, and follow the installation instructions. In addition, you will need to configure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Employees or 2FA for Students before you can use Solis-VPN.
